Irish sea moss is a natural sea vegetable that is very well known for its extremely high mineral content. It can be used both internally an external and show amazing benefits to the body.

How to prepare irish moss gel:
Method 1( suggested for those with high speed blender): 1). wash sea moss off with spring or distilled water twice to remove sand or debris.
2). Place clean irish moss in bowl and cover with spring or distilled water for 4-6 hours or overnight.
3).Drain and add to blender and slowly add in water for desired consistency. Keep in mind when you add gel to fridge it will thicken up.
4). Store in glass jar and cover with breathable cloth(cheese cloth ideally).
1).wash sea moss off with spring or distilled water twice to remove sand or debris.
2). Place clean irish moss in bowl and cover with spring or distilled water for 30 minutes to expand irish moss.
3). In a pot bring spring or distilled water to a boil and remove from heat.
4). Add drained seamoss and allow to sit in hot water for 5-10 minites.
5). Add seamoss and a little water at a time to blender and blend until a gel is formed.
Add preferred amount of water for desired texture.
Can be stored in fridge for 2-3 weeks

Dried form can last for 3 years if stored in cool dark area.
**Do not take at the same time as other medications, take at least one hour before or after. Should not be taken by anyone who is pregnant or nursing.
